Important announcement

The new Convenience Conference & Awards has continued to receive tremendous support across the industry however, as you will be aware, the uncertainty around large indoor events remains. As a result, we have taken the sensible decision to cancel our plans to hold a face-to-face event on 1 October 2020 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.

The event will now be held online, with The Convenience Awards premiering on Tuesday, 29 September 2020 at 5:00pm and The Convenience Conference moving to a week-long broadcast series of webinars, panels and social media content beginning on Monday, 05 October 2020.

Of course, we would love to be showcasing the very best from the convenience community in person and catching up with everyone. However, with that no longer possible, we have created a digital solution that will create the reach and exposure that our industry deserves, and it will continue to be the biggest event in the calendar this year. Plus, you’ll be able to enjoy it wherever you choose to.

The Convenience Conference will focus on highlighting the key trends that are impacting the sector now and will continue to do so for some time – sharing market leading insight, as well as showcasing best in class examples. Sessions across the week will cover the convenience shopper and how their expectations have changed, sustainability and the impact 2020 has had on the trend, convenience store delivery and a crystal ball look to the future. We will also be showcasing the deserved winners from The Convenience Awards throughout the week.

We have some incredibly inspiring speakers lined up for our sessions that we can continue to announce over the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can see the agenda for the week and sign up for each session here.

This truly will be an event that showcases and celebrates the very best people, retailers, companies and initiatives from across the UK convenience retail market.

We would like to thank our sponsors, speakers, and delegates for their continued support and patience during this challenging time.
